A case of dumb & dumber.
So when Bottler insisted he would end the celebrity culture in politics what he meant was that he is such a tosser that he doesn't know what a celebrity is. Or he was lying. Which leads us to the most popular NuLab patented excuse trotted out after any evidence of their morally bankrupt behaviour - "I'm not a crook, honest Guv, I am just a wanker". Viz the "Right Honourable" (stop giggling at the back!) Peter Hain.
